You are going to absolutely love your pottery! As all of our products are handmade, we embrace the unique characteristics and variations in each individual item. We want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items are returnable or exchangeable only within 30 days of delivery. If you wish to return your item and meet all eligibility requirements, refunds will be processed as soon as the order returns safely to us minus the return shipping cost.
If you are exchanging an item, please note that you will be expected to assume the cost of shipping the returned item as well as the shipping cost of what you are exchanging for.
All items must be returned in the original packaging used to ensure the safety of the item's return transit. Return conditions and eligibility may be revoked if an item is returned in damaged condition. As a small business, we are unable to grant exceptions to these policies under any circumstance and hope you understand.
Grade B, imperfect pottery purchased during a seconds sale is not eligible for returns, replacements or refunds - all sales are final.
Ultimately, we are a small business and absorbing the total costs to replace damaged orders are considerable. Therefore, in order for us to replace your damaged item, we ask you to fulfill the following requirements:
Within 24 hours of confirmed delivery date/time, customers must email email@example.com and provide your order number and the following photographs:
1. Clearly identifiable photographs of the damaged product viewed from inside the box.
2. Clearly identifiable photographs of the shipping materials used.
3. Three, clearly identifiable photographs of condition of the shipping box (sides, top and bottom).
4. Close up of the shipping label so tracking number is visible.
Failure to notify us within the 24 hour delivery window and/or provide all photographic evidence required for our internal investigation will result in your loss of eligibility for a refund/replacement and we will instead direct you to independently file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Replacement orders are not guaranteed unless all conditions above are met and have been affirmed by our internal customer service team. Replacement orders will be placed and fulfilled as promptly as possible, but they will be made-to-order and may not go out to you as quickly as you'd like and we therefore, you have the alternative option of a full refund.
Each piece of nocrumbsleft pottery is handmade and hand-glazed by our very own and exceptionally talented, Master Potter. Shapes, textures and glazes will vary across products. If you have one of our original pieces from the "Drippy" or "Ombre" Collections, please note you will see slight variances in structural appearance with all exclusive collections release from Spring 2022 onward. It is completely normal to see shape variances, texture in the glazes and it is completely food-safe and structurally sound. We hope you enjoy the beauty, natural striations and perfect imperfections of our one-of-a-kind pottery as much as we do. However, please note, we will not be offering returns, refunds, or replacements for products on any sort of varied aesthetic or structural appearance contested, if they are evaluated by us to be in alignment within our expectations for this product.
All imperfect Grade B pottery purchased during a Seconds Sale is not eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds - absolutely no exceptions will be made.
Unless the item was damaged during the shipping process, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
At this time, we are unable to offer replacements or discount for any previously purchased products that have been used and subsequently damaged during use.
